Policies
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Any session cancelled within 24 hours of your booking is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation, and the session fee will be forfeited.
- Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for a session, the lesson will still conclude at the scheduled time, and the duration will be adjusted accordingly.
- Payments
All payments must be made upfront, prior to the lesson, via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash.
Block bookings must be paid in full upfront.
Please note that no refunds are available for any unused sessions.
- Block Booking Validity
Sessions from block bookings must be scheduled within one year from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions beyond this period will be forfeited.
- GDPR Compliance Policy
Your personal information, including any details provided at the time of booking, will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of scheduling and providing lessons and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent. For online lessons, sessions will not be recorded unless explicitly requested and agreed upon by both parties.
